CaseQuick Cabinet packs are shipped ready for assembly. The box pictured to the
right was assembled for this photo with
no tools or glue. Dowels and all joints are machined to a tolerance of .1
millimeters at the shop. Cabinets are available with "knock-down" fittings
or confirmat screws allowing assembly with one screwdriver!
Pictured are all necessary parts for the typical drawer. Simply apply glue ( not
provided) assemble and
clamp.
 Drawers are ready for
glides and installation. Roll out trays are similar
but have finished front edges.
Drawer
packs are bundled individually (eliminating the necessity of sorting many
similar parts) and clearly numbered. The dowels are bulk pack for the entire
order.
Materials pictured are pre finished maple plywood. Also available is a
complete selection of melamine, custom laid up plastic
 laminates
and veneers on plywood, industrial particle board or MDF (medium density
fiberboard). We also offer Medite II and other environmentally friendly core
products.
